Step one
What SOLVR needs from you
During the first two weeks, SOLVR reads your business in read-only mode. Nothing is posted. Nothing is changed. We need three pieces of information to get started — all of which are publicly visible information.

Your Facebook Page ID
Every Facebook business page has a unique ID number. This is not your password, your personal profile, or any private information. It is a public reference number. We use it to find your page and begin reading your public post history. Step 2 below shows you exactly how to find it.

Your Instagram handle
Your Instagram username — for example @yourbusiness. Your account must be set to a Professional Account (Business or Creator) and must be connected to your Facebook Page. If you are not sure whether this is the case, the FAQ at the bottom of this page explains how to check.
OPTIONAL — 03
Your website URL
If your business has a website, share the address (e.g. www.yourbusiness.com). SOLVR will review your existing content, blog posts, and page structure as part of the baseline analysis. This is optional but improves the accuracy of your SOLVR Score.
Your privacy is protected. SOLVR reads publicly available content only during Phase 1. We do not access your personal Facebook profile, your inbox, your followers list, or any private information. You remain in full control of your accounts at all times.

Step two
Finding your Facebook Page ID
Your Page ID is a long number that identifies your Facebook Business Page. Here are three ways to find it — use whichever is easiest for you.
Method A — From your Facebook Page (easiest)

Go to your Facebook Page on a computer or phone

Tap About on your page
3.
Scroll down to the bottom — you will see Page ID: followed by a long number

Copy that number and send it to Daniel
Method B — From the URL bar
1.
Open your Facebook Page on a computer
2.
Look at the address bar — if the URL shows something like facebook.com/YourBusinessName, you need Method A or C
3.
If the URL shows a number like facebook.com/123456789012345 — that number is your Page ID
Method C — Using the lookup tool
1.
Go to findmyfbid.in in your browser
2.
Paste your Facebook Page URL into the search box
3.
Click Find Numeric ID — your Page ID appears immediately
4.
Copy it and send to Daniel via WhatsApp or email
Not sure if you have a Business Page? A personal Facebook profile and a Facebook Business Page are different things. SOLVR connects to Business Pages only. If your business is currently run from a personal profile, Daniel can advise you on converting it — this is a straightforward process that takes about five minutes.

Step three
Authorising SOLVR to post on your behalf
This step only happens at the start of Phase 2 — when you have reviewed your SOLVR Score Report and chosen to activate. Until then, nothing is posted. When you are ready, here is exactly what the authorisation process looks like.
HOW IT WORKS
Facebook Login — the same technology you use every day
When SOLVR requests posting access, it uses Facebook's standard authorisation system — the same "Login with Facebook" button you see on thousands of websites. Facebook handles all the security. Your password goes directly to Facebook. SOLVR never sees it, never touches it, and never stores it.

STEP BY STEP
The four clicks that connect your business
1. Daniel sends you a secure link via WhatsApp or email
2. You open the link — your Facebook login page appears
3. You log into your own Facebook account (Daniel sees nothing)
4. Facebook shows the permissions screen above — you click Allow
That is it. The entire process takes under 60 seconds. AURORA-X is now connected.

You can disconnect at any time. Go to your Facebook Settings → Security and Login → Business Integrations. You will see SOLVR listed. Click Remove to revoke access instantly. Your account is always under your control.

Step four
What happens after you connect
Once your details are with Daniel and the connection is authorised, AURORA-X begins working in the background. Here is what happens during the two weeks before you receive your SOLVR Score.
WEEK 1
Baseline analysis
AURORA-X reads your last 90 days of content across Facebook and Instagram. It maps your posting frequency, engagement rates, best and worst performing content, audience growth rate, and topic distribution. Nothing is posted. Nothing changes for your audience.
WEEK 2
SOLVR Score calculation
Your business is scored across all 13 AURORA-X modules. Each module measures a different aspect of your business operations — from content marketing to customer loyalty, stock management to financial forecasting. The system identifies where automation will deliver the most value specifically for your business.
END OF WEEK 2
You receive your SOLVR Score Report
Daniel delivers a full written report covering your SOLVR Score, a breakdown of all 14 modules, and a clear recommendation for which tier and modules would have the highest impact on your business. This report is yours to keep regardless of what you decide next.

Step five
Your SOLVR Score Report
At the end of Week 2, you receive a detailed report that shows exactly where your business stands and what SOLVR can do for it. Here is a preview of what the report contains.

The report also includes your activation recommendation. Based on your scores, Daniel will recommend the most cost-effective tier and which specific modules to prioritise. Low-scoring modules represent the highest opportunity for growth — those are exactly where SOLVR will focus first in Phase 2.

Common questions
Everything you want to know
Do I need to share my Facebook password?
No. Never. SOLVR uses Facebook's official authorisation system. Your password goes directly to Facebook — we never see it, request it, or store it under any circumstances.
Can I stop SOLVR from posting at any time?
Yes, immediately. Go to Facebook Settings → Security and Login → Business Integrations, find SOLVR, and click Remove. Access is revoked instantly. You can also contact Daniel directly and he will disconnect on his end within minutes.
What if I don't like the posts SOLVR creates?
During Phase 2, all content follows brand guidelines you provide in the onboarding session. Before going live, Daniel will show you sample posts for approval. An approval system is available — all posts can be reviewed before publishing if you prefer. You remain in creative control.
My Instagram is a personal account, not a business account. Is that a problem?
SOLVR requires an Instagram Professional Account (Business or Creator). Converting your personal account takes about two minutes. Go to Instagram Settings → Account → Switch to Professional Account. Daniel can walk you through this during onboarding.
My Instagram isn't connected to my Facebook Page. How do I fix this?
Go to your Facebook Page → Settings → Instagram → Connect Account. Log into your Instagram account when prompted. Once connected, both platforms are visible to AURORA-X through a single authorisation. Daniel can guide you through this during your onboarding call.
I don't have a Facebook Business Page — only a personal profile. Can SOLVR still help me?
SOLVR connects to Business Pages only. If your business is currently run through a personal profile, Daniel will advise you on creating or converting a Business Page during the onboarding session. This does not affect your personal profile or friends list.
What happens to my data? Is it stored securely?
SOLVR operates on a private local server based in Thailand. Your business data — post history, engagement numbers, and performance metrics — is used solely to generate your SOLVR Score and power your automation. It is not shared with third parties. You can request deletion of your data at any time.
If I decide not to continue after Phase 1, what happens?
SOLVR is disconnected, your data is deleted, and you keep your SOLVR Score Report. Phase 1 costs nothing. There is no obligation and no awkward conversation — if it is not the right fit, that is a completely acceptable outcome.
