Every SOLVR module was built on real businesses, with real revenue, on Koh Samui. These are the two reference implementations. Both have run the full stack in production since March 2026.
Southern Cross Diving Co is a PADI dive school on Koh Samui operating since November 2025. The founder has 20 years of diving experience and 20,000+ logged dives since his Open Water certification in 2006. The school runs dive tours, PADI courses from Open Water through to IDC Staff Instructor, and trips to sites including Sail Rock and Chumphon Pinnacle.
Before SOLVR, social media posting happened manually when time allowed. Booking enquiries came in at all hours and sat unanswered until the team was back on land. Revenue data was tracked in spreadsheets with no anomaly detection and no weekly reporting. The business was running well but the operator had no real-time visibility into performance.
SOLVR was installed across 6 modules in March 2026. Within the first week, automated social posting was running 5 times per week across Facebook and Instagram without manual input. Booking enquiries trigger automated responses in under 10 seconds, 24 hours a day. Revenue anomaly detection runs nightly and flags any day where takings deviate by more than 15 percent from the rolling average.
In April 2026, Instagram posting failed silently for 7 consecutive days due to a token mismatch. SOLVR's config audit tool identified and fixed the failure in one session. A manual process would have continued failing indefinitely.

Brewed Awakening is a specialty coffee truck operating daily from Bangrak on the north coast of Koh Samui. Open Monday to Saturday from 7am, the truck serves single-origin espresso, pour-over filter coffee, and seasonal signature drinks to a regular base of expats, locals, and visitors.
A mobile food and beverage operation has different automation requirements to a dive school. Revenue comes in as daily cash, stock is physical and perishable, and the customer relationship is built on repeat visits rather than bookings. SOLVR adapted to these requirements with a different module configuration.
The daily cash ledger runs via Telegram. One command at end of day records the takings, updates the Google Sheet, and fires a comparison against the previous week and the 30-day average. Six months of financial data from October 2025 through March 2026 was loaded as the baseline. The system flagged that Tuesdays consistently underperform the weekly average by 18 percent. That insight had never been visible before.
Automated Facebook content runs three times per week. Stock tracking monitors inventory levels and fires reorder alerts before critical items run out. Loyalty scoring identifies customers who have not returned within 14 days and triggers a lapse detection alert. Google review monitoring generates on-brand response drafts automatically within minutes of a new review appearing.
